“I love Bellami, but my last experience was not as amazing as the others. I ordered 1C, but got Chocolate Brown in a 1C bag instead.. I have been ordering 1C for years, so I easily spotted the difference.. I reached out to Customer Service and they said I would have to send it back in order to receive a new one which could take a week. I needed the extensions three days after delivery, so this was not possible.. I let the CSR know that and she said I could purchase a new one with overnight shipping. So I would have to pay again for their mistake.. Very disappointed with Bellami as I have been purchasing from them for years. No Customer Loyalty.”
“This was the first time I've purchased from bellami and not been satisfied. Within 2 weeks the hair looked like I'd been wearing it for months even though I had barely worn it. Very dissatisfied and next time I would increase in grams as this set has always worked for my hair and this time it's as if my hair is too thick for this particular set and doesn't blend as well because of that.”
