“I was extremely excited ordering these extensions, when I ordered it I got an approximate date of arrival , which I knew could be off a couples day ... I ended up getting them double what the date was or arrival. After finally receiving them I tried my pony extensions once I got them , loved the way looked . When I went to lightly go over them with a straightener a huge chuck of hair melted off .... after reading about all the pros to these extensions I expected waaaay better quality. The other extensions I ordered seem to be okay , not in love with the colour... wish after all that money spent proper extensions hangers were properly included . “I ordered my extensions to be able to use for my wedding. I was super excited to get them after I watched so many YouTube videos. Unfortunately I never received my package and after reaching out to customer service many many times with no solution I finally gave up. I had so much going on preparing for my wedding that I didn't have more time to waste. I was extremely disappointed. This extensions aren't cheap. Can't really tell you how good or bad the product was if I never got a chance to see it.”
