“I sent my review through the email they sent me, but it obviously never made it to the website.... I was so excited for these hair extensions but I am disappointed to say the least. After ONLY one month of use, 2 of the clips separated from the wefts, after 1 wash the hair is the coarsest extensions I have ever dealt with, they tangle, and the shedding is terrible. Unfortunately, after I sent in my review via email, no one has contacted me to remedy the situation either. I don't know if there is such a thing as a "bad batch" and I am just unlucky but I won't be purchasing these again.”
