Even after gently washing and conditioning with a sulfate free high-end shampoo and air drying, several strands of the hair in each weft melted into my flat iron on a low setting when I tried to style. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the next week or so, and by the end of that week I couldn’t even run my fingers through them smoothly, they would get stuck, tangle and clump into dread like sections. I have been using clip ins for 8 years, and Bellami was one of the first and most consistent hair I had used over the years. I love their options in length and thickness... So disappointed with my last purchase purchase.”
