“I was happy that my extensions came in the delivery was fast, however the packaging was not as great. After opening the full extensions they seemed thinner at the ends. I also received the clip ponytail and I was not satisfied the clip was really cheap. The hair was really tangled at the base.”

“I ordered this set of bellami's a year and a half ago and they were extremely thick and luscious. Absolutely beautiful, I've told my sister and all my friends and coworkers about them. They even ordered them after me! Best extensions I've ever had. I just ordered a new set recently and there is a noticeable difference. They are now thin and stringy! Still beautiful quality and soft hair, but extremely thin. Nothing like what Bellami used to be. I think they are now weighing the hair WITH the clips as the hair weight, and I believe before the grams were the weight of the hair itself without the clips. Extremely disappointed that they have downgraded with their hair extensions. With as stringy as these are, you can tell I am wearing extensions. It's not full enough and doesn't blend well with my hair anymore. I would need more hair to get it to blend.”
