What I'm so disappointed with this company is that I order my Bellisima in mochachino brown and clip ponytail tail. When I received them it wasn't what I have order, the bellisima extensions were light brown, it looks that they mistaken the hair color. And I received a wrap ponytail another error they made. I'm so disappointed on how unprofessional they are in packaging and eventually hair extensions are really expensive. Companies need to understand he value of a dollar.”
