“This is the third time I've purchased hair from Bellami and by far the best. The first time, I received a bad batch of hair. Completely frustrating, embarrassing and unusable tangled, ratty, nappy mess. They told me it was my fault--I'm pretty sure it wasn't real hair. I kept seeing good reviews so I decided to order again. The second time the hair was real and high quality. I loved it, but the smell was awful. My family told me it smelled like subway restaurant when I applied heat and styled it (not what you want to hear about your hair). The smell didn't go away even after a year and several washings. That hair lasted me a good year quality wise. I decided to try again because only a few other reviews mentioned the awful smell. This hair is what I have been dreaming of. Thick, soft, tangle and smell free hair. Now I know what the good reviews were talking about. It has been an expensive experience, but I finally do have hair that I love. I am super happy with this hair set, but I think Bellami needs to have a little better quality control.”
