“I've heard so many fantastic things about your extensions, and decided to listen to all of the hype. They arrived very fast, but I was disappointed to find that they were completely the wrong color for me. I had looked online and at photos to make sure they would be the right color, but they were a very warm light brown (level 6). My hair is a level 4 ash brown, so it was very disappointing for the picture on your site to be deceiving. It made them appear much darker than what they really are.
Also, I've heard about how soft and tangle free they are and how they never shed. I have experienced the opposite. Mine tangle the minute I touch them, and they constantly shed, therefore I am afraid to wear them as much as I would like because of the fear that they will become too thin.

They also forgot to include my apartment number that I gave them so Fedex had to confirm, which took another 24 hours.
