“I am soo dissatisfied with my purchase! My clips broke the first day I put them in. The 2 largest wefts with the 4 clips. I asked for a replacement set after I was offered a set of clips to manually sew in and a YouTube video! No thank you!! When I was sent my replacement extentions, I was supposed to be sent both of the clips and I only received 1! Now I am here again dealing with this issue. I just wanted to be able to wear my extentions and I still have never got to do that. I paid for over night postal service. It costed $30. And I definitely expect more out of a product that costs soo much money. The hair is soo beautiful and it's really a shame I feel like I wasted my money. I feel entitled to a refund! I feel entitled to an explanation on why I still haven't received the things I ordered!”
“i was very disappointed in the thickness of the hair. i was expecting a thickness from root to bottom. It reminded me of the horror story of when nicole guierrero got dolce vita hair extensions for 90 and told her users to get some as well and we got fake hair. The texture of the hair is reminding me of the Dolce Vita hair extensions which is not a good thing.”
“Not the quality of the first set I bought. The clips don't stay in as well and some of the pieces are loosing hair from not being put in well. I loved my first set and am disappointed to have this faulty one.”
“Hair is nice and thick but dont hold good on my hair. The clips area is very thick and tricky. I wish they have a more natural clip hairline. Also that it will stay. Im scared that I ll be out of the house and they will fall out for any reason. My feeling for this products are 50% 50%”

The only reason I didn't give five stars were because the package they shipped it in was very minimal with almost no protection so considering I spent over $250+ for this product I would have liked it to be shipped better. And lastly the color was nothing like the color in the pictures so I ended up having to color it because it was way lighter then the pictures but other then that it's great quality and worth the price!”
