“The first time I got a set from you guys it was the best and it came time to where I dyed my hair and needed a blonde set which was equally as good, then I decided to try the ombré you guys sell and it was awful. The worst set of hair extensions I've ever had. Thin and tangly and wouldn't curl at all. You guys said the reason they didn't work well with me was because of how think my hair is but those extensions weren't even 160 grams to begin with. I tried to see what you could do to help me and you told me to buy a new set after I just almost 300 dollars for the guy tang set that was awful. Afterwards I bought the belissima set which was the first set I ever used and it was awful as well they never curl and they are always way too tangly I have to brush them at least 5 times a day while I'm at work. I've decided to longer use BELLAMI because I feel like the youtubers advertise them so well because they get better sets then normal people because they are advertising your product. I used to love BELLAMI but ever since they told me they wouldn't help me after using the awful pair from guy tang and forcing me to buy a brand new set not even a week later or not even with a discount when they knew how upset I was I won't be using BELLAMI again. It's not worth the money for the quality.”
