“Well sure darling, I'd be happy to. The only good thing about Bellami is that your extension quality is good. However, the colors are incorrect and not as advertised. Most importantly, your customer service is terrible and fake. You spend more time typing out sugary baby names, than actually listening to your customers and fixing their issues.
I reached out about the color problem and my first email was responded to. You asked me to send photos of my extensions and I did. Once I did that, I never received a reply back. FOUR of my emails have been solidly ignored.
I posted on your Instagram and someone replied to me on there - promising a customer rep would get back to me the next day. No one has and I am not surprised. Why bother to fix an issue when you already have my money? And if I post something critical, you can always delete it or block someone.
Also, your products are inferior. I also purchased the hanger and plastic case and the hanger doesn't hold the extensions at all. There is no clip on the hanger that should make it tight enough to latch onto the extensions are hold them. It's just 2 pieces of wood that allow everything to slide out. Better to use a plastic Ziploc bag.
I regret giving you my business and won't ever be buying from you again.
