“I had the worst experience with ordering my extensions. To make a very long story short. The first set ordered had clips that wouldn't clip! And the the sewing job for the clips was so so so sloppy. Really? I paid over 200.00 for my extensions and watched a lot of videos and reviews on Bellani extensions and I really regret ever ordering them. When I got in contact with customer service I had to send a bunch of pics and then send them back for them to look at them. All the emails inreceived back were always from different girls. And btw the xoxoxo they send back with the messages is not cute. You don't know me personally and I think it's unprofessional. I finally got to talk to a supervisor named Gil and he said he would call me back and make sure I am taken care of, well never called he forwarded messages to another lady. Like 2 weeks later I received a new set of extensions and the make of them is very sloppy and to spend over 200.00 on a set I expected better made, better quality. This turned out to be a long wait to get my extensions. By the time I got the new ones I was just over the excitement because of all the problems and long wait I experienced. Also I didn't receive the new set in time to go to my friends wedding, which totally sucks cause that is the biggest reason why I ordered them. My advice to anyone looking for hair extensions to look up negative reviews on all types of extensions. And take your time and do your research. I don't see what the big hype is over "Bellami Hair Extensions".”

“The color that I picked was Mochachino brown and I was disappointed that the color didn't exactly match the color on the website. It was a lot lighter than I thought it would be. I would have tried to exchange it but opened the package then later found out that if you open it that it can't be exchanged. It would have been helpful to have a warning sign on the package that stands out and have a big sign in the sample side where you can test it.”
“The hair is thick and beautiful but the construction of the extension is poor.
It is quite painful when you wear the hair for 8+ hours. I get headaches from wearing them.
Also, the area where the clips are on the weft has jagged ends that stick out and the weft itself is not securely attached to the clip.”
