“I just received mine today and am disappointed i ordered mochachino brown and the color is definitely not mochachino brown it is very light brown. I took a photo of it next to the mochachino brown ponytail. It’s two different colors, I can’t trade it in because I need them for an event tomorrow so now I have to dye them. I have photos of them side by side and it’s very noticeable. Oh well at least I know they will last”
“I first started purchasing these extensions in 2014. They were soft, silky, tangle free and lasted me months, I think my first set lasted nearly a year. I had a set in 2015 I dyed and damaged and they still held up well for about 8 months. Now the extensions I ordered in 2018 lasted me a few months before being tangly, shedding constantly and disgusting looking. Not to mention shipping times are terrible. Expect to wait two weeks.”
