“With the price I paid I expected the quality to be better. The hair sheds a crazy amount everytime I brush the tracks and when I clip them into my hair they do not look natural. The cut is almost too sharp and blunt that it makes it not blend. Was pretty disappointed. The clips however are very secure and I thoroughly enjoy that.”
“I am actually very let down and disappointed with the way you guys handle returns/exchanges. I am upset that I had to pay for shipping every time but that's the least of my issues.
The color of the extensions I got in the mail was a lot lighter than what I saw online. Again, least of my problems as sometimes it's hard to show exact shade online.
The real problem for me was the exchange process it's self. Not only was I not informed that my extensions have been recieved by the right person (I tracked my shipment to make sure it got there) I was left not knowing if my $250 package was in the right place, but then I was informed that it would take up to 10 days to simply process it and that sounds a bit far fetched to me. I realize you are busy with orders but as a company that is seemingly doing decent, you should be increasing your work force to adjust to the business.
So here I am, almost 3 weeks after shipping my extensions back and "processed" I finally get my email to PayPal $5 more for shipping which I did immediately. One day later in informed it can take up to another 24-48 hours to process that. 5 days later (today 3/18) i finally get an email saying it's been shipped (although I am still unable to track it.)
Overall, the process of ONLY the exchange took over a month. At that point it would have been quicker and easier to just buy a new pair and return the wrong colored one.
I normally do not complain as I work in retail myself and deal with customers everyday but your service was extremely bad.”
