“When I opened my Bellami's they were very soft which was the absolute only plus to this hair. When I got them and opened the small tester weft I thought I was going to really like them so I opened up the rest of the package. When I took out all of the wefts I noticed that there was hardly any hair at the bottom. When I put the top part of the hair in a pony tail its very thick, but when you put the bottom of the hair into a pony tail there is hardly any hair and it is very thin. When I emailed Bellami about this problem and asked if I could return or at least exchange them(since they are completely unwearable because of how they taper to be so thin at the ends so I could see my real hair completely though my extensions) they completely blew me off , and basically called me a liar, and gave me a $5 discount code for "my troubles". Very ridiculous since you can find a $5 code for Bellami on basically any youtube guru's channel.”
