“I called the customer service for a week to follow up with the order and they keep saying it’s on the way and it’s been handed to USPS , on the way/ no worries. We were in day 10 and still customer service telling me the same thing! I called usps and they clearly stated that the order never been handed to them at ALL! That caused me a lot of mental distress. When I faced the customer service with what USPS told me/ they said well it’s been lost ….and then she said oh hat’s true, never been shipped !

The girl at the customer service ( I think her name Maria) is super rude and did not even listen until I finished my statement ( I dealt with your customer service last a couple years and it was much better, reliable and responsive) she said that she could send me the hair via fedex and I will get it after two days and I said yes with stress and I never received the package/ hair instead I got my money back without even me asking for it. I love the Bellami hair extension but this time I’m really feeling disappointed and sad to not even receive the hair and not even get an apologies. And I went to my friend’s wedding with no new hair! Too sad
I can’t review the hair or the pink pillowcase because I never received them instead I received a stress and rudeness.”

I have for years without any issues but stopped using my original brand because I thought these would be better. However while there was more volume ie grams the quality after washing washing several times even with conditioning daily they are not up to par. As of today there is anther clip that has broken.”
