“I'm so disappointed in these extensions. I was so looking forward to receiving them after watching the majority of the reviews on YouTube from some of my favorite gurus. Disclaimer: I've been wearing extensions for over a decade. I've had every kind- sews in, glue ins, clip ins, I've dyed my own hair, etc. so I'm pretty well versed on hair and extension care. When these came in, they were beautiful! So soft and pretty and the color was gorgeous. About two weeks into wearing them, they started to tangle but we're still manageable. Now about 2 months in, I can barely wear these. They require so much work and hassle, they look dry and brittle and tangle ALL of the time. The only time they look half way decent is when I co-wash them and sit them in Silicon Mix deep conditioner for 24 hours before washing and wearing and even then, they still tangle. The customer service team has been great, they sent me a detangling spray and a Tangle Tamer, but the products help for a grand total of 5 minutes and it's back to the tangling and matting. It's been a nightmare. I saw a few YouTube reviews about how they send their good hair to gurus and crappy hair to the rest of us and I didn't want to believe it, but it seems like that's the truth, unfortunately. I wear these daily and now they want me to send them back for inspection. Sure, please send me my 220 dollars back first so I can buy a new set elsewhere.”
