“I ordered these extensions in September this year which I was very excited for because I had ordered before from bellami and had a good experience. This time I didn't at all. I ordered them and had to wait 2 months for them.... I kept emailing you guys and you were polite but I was very happy with the response. When I got them ... I had to travel to a post office to go get them (when before they came to my house like normal within 2 weeks.) And the post office made me pay £50 just to get them... I finally got the box they came in and it was dirty, ripped open. I opened them and they were good extensions but not the same quality as when I brought them before. So overall I am sad about it and will not be buying them again.”
“I bought my first set a little before Halloween. It sent the very next day to my house. Loved them! I had to get them custom colored... Seeing how my hair is purple. They are great. My only downside is that the lay flat. I'll curl them and leave it set over night. Next morning they are nice and bouncy but only for 20 mins. I just need to find a solution beside continuously brush them upward for volume.”
