“they we're amazing when I first got them beautiful, thick, soft but a few months in they started feeling extremely dry. I try my best to use natural ways instead of heat products but they still seemed to feel dry and tangled very easy I've now had them for 6 months and they're the saddest looking extensions ive ever seen their clips started to break and fall off the hair is thin extremely dry it feels disgusting to run my hands through them.. I've been buying sallys brand extensions before this and I can honestly say they've held up longer than these have..I'm extremely disappointed and thought I was the only one because it seems like everyone else online are loving theirs but I talked to multiple people in real life who's bought them and they said they've been having the exact same problem. I'm sooooo upset because I was excited to start using the brand and love them especially how pretty they were to start with but I guess I got brain washed by all of those beauty guros on you tube who are getting paid to be sponsored by this company and actually believed this was the holy grail of extensions.. what a waste of money I could have saved $100 just sticking with my old brand”
“Honestly I wasn't to happy with my extensions, I wore them only one time and two of the clips came unsewn from the wefts. And the ash brown was defanitly not close to the ash brown i know so I had to take them to get died.”
