“The product is amazing. When I received my package it was the wrong package and I sent it back on the 24th of January and I didn't receive my new package until February 13th. I had to call several times to see if my return package was received. Several people said they would get back to me and never did. Finally they went to the shipping department and what do you know my package had been there. It was probably sitting there for some time. All they did to compensate for there mistake and lack of contact was upgrade my new shipment to property. And they never changed the shipping address. Over night shipping and some kind of coupon would have been nice don't think I'll ever order from here again its a shame cause I love my extensions.”
