“They first time I straightened my extensions there was black string pieces in the hair that melted on to my straightener. I had to go through each weft and pick out the black plastic string that appeared to be posing as hair it took hours. I Am a consistent purchaser of clip in extensions and loved the hair after the process of removing all the plastic junk but I'll never re-purchase from your company due to the inconvenience. I did not try to returne the hair because I was put on hold for too long and felt that it was not worth the time or wasted breath. As I said I loved the hair after I spent so much time picking out the plastic pieces. My friend that uses your products has never had this happen. It must have been a mistake”
