Also my hair extensions have colored strings all throughout them. Very upset and sad because i have loved all my other sets.”
“I got color matched via photos before ordering. I sent 3 or 4 pictures and they said this would work perfectly... well the color looked almost blonde and about 4shades darker than my hair color. I spent so much on shipping and then getting insurance on my return shipping I could've bought two more accessories with the money. This annoyed me enough to not even want to deal with exchanging because I still don't know what color to get, and I am not wasting more money having to return. I would rather go to a store and get a different brand. The emails were answered fast, only positive.”
