“The extensions look nothing like the picture when it comes to color. I had to blindly order three sets of extensions and none of them even remotely matched my blonde hair, and I paid a ton in shipping and return shipping for nothing. The packaging is overly large and heavy making returns even more expensive. There is no color wheel or anything you can order to check your hair color first to see what extensions would match it, you have to work like a blind person and hope for the best. Extremely disappointed.”

“I've ordered from Bellami before and was very happy but this time was different. One of two of the clips on my set were "hanging" off of the wefts barely attached, the net my extensions came in was shredded up and ALOT of the hair was shedding (more than normal). The whole package was battered and the cardboard-isa label parts were ripped up. I love Bellami but I haven't even been using my extensions because of this”
