“I placed an order for the Butter Blonde extensions over a month ago and still have not received them. The back order date continues to be pushed further and further back without any warning or notification from to the customer. The customer service team was the most unhelpful team I have ever experienced. They did not provide any additional information nor were they helpful in accommodating for the inconvenience. I understand things happen, but having a helpful customer service team would have ultimately made the process more manageable. After speaking with multiple customer services reps and being left without any answers or idea of when I would actually receive my extensions, I canceled my order!”
“I got an email just now to write a review of my hair extensions and after placing my order on 5/25/19, it is currently 6/24 and I still haven’t even gotten a shipping confirmation. I emailed about it not being shipped within almost 2 weeks and they replied with it’s on backorder, but when I originally placed my order it did not say it was on backorder until after I had already placed my order. Now it has been over a month and my items still haven’t been shipped. I understand things happen but I wish I would’ve been informed before I placed my order. I’m still excited to get them when they finally arrive ( whenever that may be) I was just excited to wear them at an event but that didn’t end up happening. A little disappointed with that.”
