“My first time buying Bellami hair extensions and the “bell air method” broke the first day I had my extensions on. And believe me. Having your hair falling down while you are at a party is not what you are looking for after spending more than $200. I called and explained the situation and they told me I had to send pictures to then return the item and wait till they determine what the solution to this problem was going to be. Honestly I wish I had time to do all that but I simply cutted and bought clips and ended up using them as separate hair clip on extensions. Do I want to be doing all that DIY on expensive hair extensions? Not at all. Extremely disappointed.”
