“They came in the package very smooth and beautiful but after being washed the ends frizzed out drastically. Had to cut a couple of inches off. When washed, dye washed out as well. Still like them so working with them but unfortunately disappointed in these. This is my third set of extensions from Bellami and have not had this problem before. The color is off a bit. They’re more ashy than expected but have a slight pink undertone. The picture attached was taken after being washed, air dried, and gently combed.”
