“I usually love Bellami but what I received was not walnut brown. It was in the walnut brown bag but a very very light brown and blonde mix. My hairstylist will either have to dye my hair a lot lighter or I’ll have to dye my extensions either way it costs me more money. I didn’t mail back because it took weeks to come anyways and sending it back and waiting etc I didn’t want that either so anyways yah hair is still good quality just wrong colour. The photos show my current hair colour which I think matches the walnut brown pic on the website and then the colour that came.”
