“First colour I ordered was wrong. I returned and immediately purchase a different colour. Both which I paid for. I received confirmation that my return has been received but I still haven’t been issued a credit. I’ve called emailed and still nothing. Very frustrated. Hair is gorgeous but customer service is terrible.”
“I received my extensions about a month ago. I like them and the quality is good for pricing. I was disappointed that the thickness didn’t follow through the entire extension from top to bottoms and that the color wasn’t even close to what wa pictured. Luckily it was lighter and I was able to color. Would purchase again.”
