“I spent WELL over $200 on clip ins. I tried to make an investment in buying good hair. His hair came looking beautifully. After a few days it is EXTREMELY DRY, and sheds like you couldn’t even imagine. I cried because of how scammed I felt. I wouldn’t buy again. Hopefully it was just a bad batch so you all can get the beautiful hair you wanted”

“Would have given 5 stars if shipping and customer service wasn’t such a shit show. If I was rating customer service as a whole I would give only 1 star. Luckily for Bellami the actual hair is great. Colour is way off though and I ended up having to dye both my hair and the extensions in order to have a proper match which has decreased the quality slightly. I am hoping I can treat my hair with extreme delicacy in order to have them looking healthy for as long as possible so I don’t have to deal with the disfunction and headache of ordering hair again anytime soon.”
“Shipping & customer service is a complete shit show if ordering from outside of the USA. Worst I have ever experienced. Hair is great but colour it ridiculously off. This hair in particular is MUCH lighter than shown and rather than dealing with the bs I dealt with the first time around, there was no way I was going to return and do it all over again. Leaving me to have to dye the extensions, there for wasting even more money and now having my hair no where near as healthy feeling. The hair itself is great quality but I’m not quite sure the hassle was worth it. But like stated above, if you live in the states I’m sure your experience would be much more smooth.”
