“I ordered a pack of jet black classic clip ins, 24", 240 grams. I look at the test strip and the color matched. The hair looked a little thin in the tester but I figured the whole pack would include plenty of hair. When I opened the whole package and installed the extensions I was very disappointed. The quality of the hair is awful. Each weft is super thin, there are split ends all the way up the hair and the ends are very ratty and sparse. Because they are thin they do not properly blend with my hair and look stringy. I am shocked since I paid so much money. One of my friends has a pack of the same extensions in a different colour and the hair is in way better condition and is so much thicker even after using them for months. I read that products cannot be returned if they have been opened but in this instance I believe I received a faulty package and that the hair quality is not up to standard of what I ordered. It almost seems like I was given overused extensions that were returned. I have pictures to show how unsatisfactory they are, and in the pictures they are fresh out of the package, first time trying on, wearing all wefts with all hair pulled forward. This is my first time ordering from Bellami and I read great reviews but am very disappointed with the product I received. I am waiting to hear back from Bellami on whether I can return or be compensated for this. I feel sick about how much I spent for how poor the quality is.”

“I absolutely love my extensions! They are perfect! I would recommend getting them put in by a professional hairdresser so they can teach u how to put it in correctly and have them trim and layer it to blend in with your natural hair.”
