The packaging could be a lot better. You would think buying expensive hair extensions you would get a nice package, rather than a plastic bag with your extensions wrapped around it

Bought these for my client because she had heard good things about them online but when we received them we were disappointed. They look nothing like the picture, and the hair is mixed in with a plastic fibers, you can see them throughout the hair and they already smell burned right off the bat. These are pretty low quality. Im licensed and experienced. Trust me and look elsewhere.

I watched YouTube videos, Googled reviews, it was said that you have really good customer service and great products.. I wanted to make sure that my money was being well spent...I was REALLY disappointed from the very beginning to the end. I didn't feel like you people tried hard enough to make sure that my order process went through smoothly. I had to be the one consistently calling. I received a "compt item" which was a storage bag and Hanger; after all the trouble... And was also disappointed by it... It was not stiched up properly at the right side of the seams so it has a hole where it is not sewned together. I can only imagine what will happen with my hair extensions... How long will it be before they become undone?! I didn't bother to call again about the bag, because I choose not to deal with you people.. You pretend to be nice when you answer the phone; however as soon as you hear there's an issue the tone of voice completely changes, as if we the customer aren't paying a good amount of money! It only cost me about 280.00 to learn my lesson and NEVER order from you again.. If I could I would not even give you 1 star! I really doubt you'll respond to this email since you never reached out to me to address my concerns, so I don't expect a response; however I really do hope someone reads this email and makes some kind of change in the near future. I will also make sure that other people know that there's no need to over pay for such a horrible experience.
