“i’ve emailed bellami more than 3 times even got to a managers email and still hasnt messages me back in 2 weeks. ive had my extentions for 2 months and they get MATTED no matter what i do to them. i only wear them to work or dinner or an outing and they get so tangled and literally MATTED. ive never had such horrible extentions. ive come to believe that kylie and all these girls just wear new extentions each time because theres no way they re wear these. i literally wash them with the conditioner and BALLS of hair come off, my extentions are so thin now i dont even want to wear them anymore. theyre such a waste of $300, ive had so much better from the beauty supply.”
