They get there's free and we as normal women pay for our hair. Some normal people reposted on the page would be nice. Instead of making it look like some high class "skinny pretty girls only" page. But I am satisfied with my hair... atleast.”
“Magnifica VS Lily
Ive been ordering from Bellami for 4-5 years now! sending LOTS of clientel your way... I remember a few years back i had some minor shipping issues. i called and spoke with a girl who seemed to always answer the phone, i forgot her name but so sweet and AMAZING, we legit became friends for a whole week!! Customer Service was TOP NOTCH!& Because of her and the amazing thick beautiful lily hair Ive been a consistent and a loyal costumer. Lily hair is the most thick and luxurious set of weave Ive ever put my hands on BUT i recently made a mistake! lily hair is 260 grams at 20 inches and Magnifica is 240 at 24 inches. Lily hair comes with lots of hair i was always able to put 2-3 sometimes 4 pieces aside, so this time i figured ill be right on the money with Magnifica hair which is only 20 grams less than lily! BOY was i WRONG! i looked EVERYWHERE for a tuturial on comparison between both and nothing, so i went with my gut (bad choice). My hair is wayyyyy to thick which to me makes no sense since its only a 20 gram difference. Magnifica hair does not blend with my hair and it thins out and shedding & has tangled so much it already looks like Ive had it for months and months and i just received it a month ago, maybe i got a bad batch! idk (for those of you who are looking for a review between both HERE YOU ARE if you've been ordering lily hair, stick with it Lily Hair is seriously best hair quality EVER, no tangle, thicker than thick, shiny, bold and fierce! Magnifica im so disapointed and sad, the hair looks like i ordered from a completely different website. I reached out to Bellami and shockingly I still have yet to hear back. I give this 3 stars for this experience soley. My experience otherwise has always been amazing and great and i would recommend Bellami and continue to use in the future on one condition LILY I WILL NEVER CHEAT AGAIN!....... we are a perfect match!
Bellami and corporate, I really wish special circumstances on opened merchandise could be reflected like maybe proving with pictures that it does not match and with only an exchange policy at hand if hair is too thick or too thin. etc... 300 $ is a lot for a single working mom that has to save for 3 months to buy this hair to than be so dissatisfied. i wrote you all a letter hoping you can sympathized and no luck.
PS. if you have thinner hair Magnifica may be for you......just does not work for me and the thickness of my hair ! :(
