“I have ordered hair before and it was amazing this time around the quality seems so much worse, the ends are extremely thin. The texture is not soft and its coarse does not curl or straighten well. Not satisfied”

The only thing I did receive separately and at a later time was the free ponytail extension which was great! I would have loved to receive my actual extensions I ordered which were paid in full!!! “I purchased the set of extensions of 22 inches 220 grams and I absolute love them ! They had so much hair and the quality of the hair was good . So I decided to make another purchase for 24 240 grams jet back hair extensions I got them after a week that I purchased them and when I opened them they did not have as much hair in the bottom as the ones I purchased before I felt like I was ripped off BC if I'm going to be paying more the quality of the hair should look better , but these look like they had been used I don't know and I know you guys don't do return policies I am upset because they do not look like they have enough hair and dissapointed in this company”
