When receiving my extensions I was excited, only to find out that when I opened the package and opened them I realize all the wefts were perfect but 2 of the wefts which are the bigger ones were broken! And to realize I can't return them because I had already opened the package?! How was I suppose to know they were broken if I hadn't opened the package in the first place. So sad.”
