For starters, the hair began to melt when I used the curling iron that was sent with my purchase. I contacted customer support, they recommended I wash the extensions because of a softening product that Bellami uses in their extensions. still found this weird because regardless of a product, the hair shouldn't be melting?
So I wash with sulfate-free shampoo as Bellami customer service suggested, dried it, brushed it, and I kid you not, I brushed out 2 tennis ball sizes of hair from the extensions. Half of the hair basically came out.. When I went to style it again, strands still melted. I can't believe I paid $300 CAD plus $70 shipping for such a terrible product. Do not recommend”
