“Perfect when I received them, they were exactly what I thought they would be- soft & silky.
They stayed this way for about a week. After that they turned to shit.
Tangles very easy & hair breakage is unbelievable!
After only one wash too much colour came out and now I will have to dye them again to match my off black hair, thus adding more damage to the hair.
I was very hesitant to touch them with a straightener as I highly doubt they are like you claim 100% human hair.
I even adjusted the heat on my straightener to the lowest temperature setting before straightening them so it would cause as little heat damage as possible, no luck. They turned very harsh and brittle straight away!
Anyway long story short, I was so excited to receive these extensions (literally counting down the days) plus I had saved for 4 weeks to buy them! And now that I have received them and got to use them I am actually really upset at how much money I've wasted and deeply regret purchasing these extensions from you. I have short hair that doesn't grow and have been buying clip in hair extensions for years, I decided to buy them from you because of the many good reviews there are out there and the expensive price lead me to believe they would be of top quality. For the money I paid I'm extremely disappointed.
I know someone will read this and it will probably be deleted never to be seen again, like all the bad reviews on your website that seem to magically disappear.
Anyway - will not be purchasing from you ever again, if that wasn't already clear enough. And I will definitely be making a review where people can look at someone who hasn't been paid to bullshit.
