“Love the quality and length of the extensions, but they weren’t the right colour it said off black but when they arrived it was brown . I also ordered the faux pony because it said it came free , when I pressed checkout and paid for it , it charged me . And when the faux pony arrived it was supposed to be 24” but it was only 20” . Really disappointed because the sample piece they gave me to “test to see if it matches your hair colour before you open your extensions “ was actually the colour I ordered , so I opened it up and it was a completely different colour . And because it’s been opened I can’t return or refund .”
