“The feel of the hair is incredibly soft. However, the sample looked great whereas the rest of the hair in the package was full of split ends!!! Very disappointed. And, the length is great but there isn't enough hair per weft to blend in with my own hair. So, it's very obvious I am wearing extensions. And, if you think I will purchase another package of hair that is very split at the ends you're nuts. Also, the color was lighter than what I seen on my laptop. Had to switch out this color for the off black (and pay s&h again. This should be covered by the company. That's the least they could do for sending us hair that is full of split ends.)”

“I purchased theMagnifica 240g 24" Mochachino Brown (1C) for $269.99. This is my first time purchasing the magnifica set as I usually order the bellissima. I have ordered that set SEVERAL times, however the past three times they have been very thin! They have not had the thickness that Bellami is known for. So i decided to up the grams and purchase the magnifica set. I received them today and $300 later, I am very Disappointed in the thickness. They are the same as the bellissima set which have been a huge let down. Makes me think you have to wear two sets just to get the thickness they claim. I have not sent them back because I always purchase them for a certain event and would not have the time to deal with the hassle of sending and receiving them back in time. I have been a long time very loyal customer for many many years however needless to say I will not be doing business with bellami hair extensions any longer. I hope you fix this issue for future customers and integrity of your products.”
