“Hair was completely different color than what was shown on the website. I would say a good three shades lighter. Hair also burnt on my curling iron even after contacting customer service & them telling me that I had to wash them before I ever style them. (which was never stated anywhere on website OR in my package of hair)”
“Luckily I bought ones way longer than I wanted so I could cut the them. They start to thin about half way down which is quite annoying cause you want to keep the thickness. They aren't super soft or shiny either. The clips are really good and they stay on your hair, I don't have to tease my hair to attach them. Delivery shocked me, I live in the UK and had to pay £47 to pick them up from the post office!! There was no warning of a this and I wouldn't have bought them if I'd have known.”
