“The hair smelt so bad, I can't even wash the smell out. It smells like burning plastic or chemicals since I've taken them out of the package. I gave it two stars in hope that the smell goes away before I wash all the color out of it.”

i paid lots of money for a 100% natural hair & i thought i will get amazing results! But what do you call this when the extension hair (lily gallichi) melts when using the iron ?!!
That's really a shame because i was going to order more from your extensions but not after this disaster extension that i received from you guys ..
And unfortunately the other problem is that the magnifica extensions is not as thick as the top as you guys mention in every post or video!..

“It's really soft and pretty but kind of thin at the ends and looks like it's been cut at the top like it was thinned out on purpose. And lots of grey hairs in it lol but overall it wears beautifully and doesn't rip my real hair out! It's comfortable and shiny!”
