“When I received the hair I was pretty dissapointed in the packaging.. looked very cheap in consprison to other hair companies I’ve brought from. However, the hair looked beautiful & definitely looked & felt like virgin human hair, the colour was perfect, everything was perfect until I started wearing them & brushing them... they shed more than any hair I’ve ever worn. I tried washing them with extension friendly shampoo/conditioner and one that was meant to add moisture and make them smooth.. nothing changed, it’s knotty and sheds like crazy! Not sure if it’s just a bad batch but I’m pretty disappointed, I can’t go out without brushing them every five minutes.”
