“This is my second order from Bellami. My first order was the exact same extensions, except in the blonde color. They were PHENOMENAL. Thick all the way through, long, silky, absolutely PERFECT CONDITION. However, I cannot say the same about this recent order. My dark brown extensions are thin at the bottom, and already have lost much of their quality. I've always treated my extensions with upmost care and I'm not sure why they are already knotting and tangling, when I've barely had them. Hopefully, my next purchase can be better so I can stay a Bellami customer indefinitely! Thank you.”
