“My extensions were the wrong color. The pictures on the website don't give you a clearer image of what the true hair color is. The texture of the hair didn't feel like new. I was very unhappy with the product. I've tried many brands but this was probably the worst product I've had. I would try another but I spent a lot of money for good quality hair, and this just was not it. I tried washing it using hair extension specific shampoo and conditioner and it didn't help the product at all. I haven't had them for long either and they still managed to be the worst extensions I've had. Very disappointed as I've heard many great reviews. And watched videos on the product”
