“I have been a customer of Bellami for many years. I was extremely disappointed with my most recent purchase. When I received my package I was very surprised and upset to find that the extensions I purchased were overly thin! The set that I purchased over 5 years ago are still much thicker than this brand new never used set I’ve just opened! I was so excited to receive my new set but now I’d much rather my old set as they are nicer. I wonder if there was a mistake or error when manufacturing this set bc this is my 4th set from Bellami and the only time I haven’t absolutely loved them. This is very disappointing as I chose Bellami for their quality but the quality of this set is terrible and not worth the high price I’ve paid . I’m completely unsatisfied.”
