“The good they are very long and thick, the bad when I bought it nobody told me I couldn't open the package because I wouldn't be able to exchange them if the hair color wasn't the one I needed it. I know it's a sticker that say it but who pay attention to little stickers? I was excited and I open them and the color doesn't match my hair color at all. So I paid almost $300 and they are there in the package because I can't use them at least that I go to light my hair and that isn't an option. I'm very sad about it because they are really nice.”
“Delivery was on time at least. First before I could order I was requested to send a screenshot of my bank statement. Which made me feel uncomfortable at first. I proceeded to give them the information regardless because I need these extentions for my girlfriend and her sister. For a wedding, anyways. The three of us are license hairstylists my girlfriend, her sister and myself. When we ordered this particular color which was a chocolate brown in the pictures and in description. We received a level 6 with gold pigmentation. Unfortunately my girlfriend was excited for the package and couldn't wait to try them out. the sample strand was perfect!!! But the extentions within were not....very unhappy. Because now we're stuck with them and I'm 350 dollars short....feels like you were getting rid of extra stock to me and perhaps because we're in Canada we seemed like the perfect victims.”
