“Unfortunately I will not be purchasing this kind again ... The hair was extremely thin at the bottom. I normally get the 220 g extensions and I absolutely love them and have recommended them to everyone but when I got my 240 g extensions I noticed they started to shed right away. I called and got another set send but it took 2 weeks. The staff was extremely friendly and kind but unfortunately the extensions were still thin at the bottom. I just accepted it and didn't contact anyone else but I was quite displeased especially since i have to pay a lot more for the exchange rate because I'm Canadian. Thank you.”
“I was really unhappy with my bellamis. I thought I could do whatever I wanted to them. I had them colored to match my hair and of course washed. Now they are super nappy and ruined. I don't even wear them anymore at all. That was a huge disappointment and 300 down the drain. Honestly I'm in shock couldn't believe it. I'm not one for negativity by any means. Maybe I got a bad set I'm not sure but as far as customer scarification I'm very unsatifyed with my purchase. Just being honest. Thanks”
