“I accidentally opened the bag before seeing that there is a sample peace for the color and length. Color ended up not matching but I couldnt return it even though I havent pulled it out of the bag. I asked for exchanging the color but was told that I cant since I broke the warranty. I ended up putting it aside and not using it because I dont want to dye my hair or damage the extensions by dying it. I paid over $350 and ended up not using it and I cant exchange it or return it.”
