Needed it for Wednesday evening appointment.
Called Tuesday afternoon because I never got confirmation that it was shipped. They told me they were sorry, but my ordered product was out of stock. Website said LOW stock and no notification of being out of stock. If I didn’t take it upon myself to call, the appointment that had a $75 deposit, never would have happened because I never would have had product. When I called they said I could pick something else and have it overnighted and hopefully here in time (east coast). They offered me a hair hanger for all my trouble. Gee, thanks. Not to mention, the hair sheds more than any other extension I’ve ever had. Good quality hair, but falls out a LOT. The color starts to run when you wash them. These extensions are not made for frequent use, not meant to be washed, and not meant to be really brushed..”
