“I received the wrong items at first. They were the wrong color and wrong amount of hair. Took almost 2 weeks for the problem to be corrected. They finally sent me an email confirming my order again and then just reshipped them. Didn't tell me what was going on or anything. I wanted these for my wedding, but took so long to have the problem corrected that my hair dresser can't get me in to blend them and color match my hair.”
“I'v head my Bellami's for about a month now and I am head over heels in love with them! Not only did they match my hair perfectly (when I originally was going to buy them i was considering a shade to two shades lighter!) and they feel sooooo amazing and silky! Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it took my a day shy of a month to receive them... I live in Canada about an hour away from the Montana border and expected them to take a little while when passing the border but a month was a little much..”
